VENUE INFORMATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at the extremely spacious, and dog friendly, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country in Rohnert Park, CA. The hotel is located on 22 acres with views of the surrounding Sonoma Mountains. Rooms have a coffee maker, safe, and mini-refrigerator. There is a golf course, 8 pickleball courts (free gear provided), a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center, lawn games, a billiard table and walking trails. Only 30 minutes to the Sonoma coast, Bodega Bay and the redwood forest and close to over 450+ world class wineries, craft breweries and distilleries to visit. The hotel has abundant, cozy and casual seating, as well as many fireplaces both indoors and out for catching up and networking with friends.

The Sonoma County Groome Airport Express provides door to door airport shuttle service to Santa Rosa (STS), Oakland (OAK), and San Francisco International (SFO) Airports. The service runs hourly on an almost 24-hour basis on a luxury coach bus with complimentary Wi-Fi on board. $35-48pp fares each way with discounts for Seniors, Military, and Students. The Santa Rosa Regional Airport (STS) is just 15 miles north offering direct flights to Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Palm Springs, Burbank, Seattle, Phoenix, Portland and Dallas.
There are public transportation options available as well! Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) connects to the San Rafael Transit Center via bus at the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station where you can hop on the Sonoma-Marin Smart Area Rail Transit line. It is a 1.5 mile walk from the Rohnert Park transit station to the DoubleTree hotel. Uber and Lyft are also widely used in this area.
